Bulgarian Association of Clinical Immunology
The 12th Southeastern European School of Immunology (SEEIS) will be held in Trogir, Croatia - on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, from October 20 to 23, 2023.
The application deadline is July 15, 2023.
The event is organized by the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) together with European Journal of Immunology (EJI), International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS) and Croatia. The school is mainly intended for PhD students, young scientists and doctors from the Balkan region who are interested in the latest technologies in immunology and their translation into clinical practice. A panel of international speakers will provide a highly interactive, stimulating and intensive programme.
Lectures highlight recent advances in inflammation research, T and B cell biology, immunogenetics, histocompatibility complex and infection, mechanisms of autoimmunity, and diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. The program includes practical courses on fluorescence-microscopic diagnostics of autoantibodies and flow cytometry, cytometry with the Accuri flow cytometer. Participation in this school is limited to 60 people on a competitive basis.
